Sports Funding
At Village Primary Academy, we provide all of our pupils with quality and varied PE lessons. Through excellent sports provision, we help our children develop key fundamental PE skills, a healthy lifestyle and the chance to participate in competitive and non-competitive sport.
Currently, our main areas of focus are:
- ensuring the whole school is well equipped to deliver high-quality PE;
- the inclusion of all pupils in PE;
- increasing the physical activity levels during break and lunch time;
- increasing the number of activities available to children both in and out of school and releasing staff to promote physical activity through external events and CPD.
